Stuck in Survival Mode?
Janet Namdari • January 18, 2025

The only thing you know for sure is that living like this isn’t sustainable…

…and will likely only continue to cause you and others harm.

You may feel like you're in the trenches.

You may not see a clear way out.

STUCK.

The struggle is SO very real.

I get it. I've been there myself.

Before clients begin working with me, they may not even completely believe there is, indeed, a way out.

Or maybe they just don't know what a way out looks and feels like...

Whatever the case may be...

If you’re reading this and you can relate to the above, know that you’re NOT alone AND things don’t have to be this way.

I assure you, there IS a clear path forward.

A path that will lead you to feeling and being different ... new ... TRANSFORMED from the inside out.

And YOU get to choose the specifics of your results.

This is what makes the work I do personalized.

Where do you want your path to lead you to?

Clarity? Confidence? Connection? Freedom? Peace? Joy?

The possibilities are endless.

If it sounds too good to be true, please know it's not.

I invite you to check out what past/current clients of mine have to say about their experiences working with me. Testimonials can be found on my website, Instagram, and Facebook.

Lastly, I’d love to give YOU the opportunity to feel seen, heard and understood by me during your complimentary 30 minute consultation call. To take advantage of this opportunity, simply click on the button at the bottom of this page to schedule directly.

Oh and in case you don't already know, I've stepped into possibility and your challenges needn't be related to parenting. In fact, you don't even need to be a parent to work with me!

Step into
 possibility...

With loving-kindness,

Janet

A personal example of knowing that I'm on the right track

Have you been feeling the pull to do less and slow down? And yet you still find yourself 'pushing through'? You're not alone. It seems this is a widespread phenomena amongst those with various backgrounds and roles. Our minds are continuously telling us to keep going with the doing and seeking... Even when we feel exhausted and can barely put one foot in front of the other. We reach for our phones to keep the busy going when there are 'breaks.' It's as if we are constantly avoiding something... It's almost like we're afraid to be still and just BE. We may, logically, know the value of honoring what our body/mind needs, yet we keep choosing the opposite, as if we aren't in control. And in this society that we live in, pausing and slowing down can seem unavailable - even impossible - and certainly undervalued. Enter intention and discipline. You see, If we want to experience more well-being and quality in our lives and in our relationships, we must be disciplined about self-care. We must be clear about our intentions to honor ourselves and our needs. This means getting specific . It means creating and sticking to a plan. And setting boundaries to protect the plan. I realize this may sound daunting and maybe even impossible... And this is where I come into the picture... I help people like you slow down by providing a container where intention is born and needs are uncovered so that a plan can be created to assist with honoring yourself and where you're at in your life. And you then you begin to experience the freedom to be the living, breathing, tuned-in and tapped-in being you were intended to be. Ready to get the support you need to honor yourself? Silhouette of a person by a lakeside at sunset, framed by trees and glowing orange sky

I’ve made the conscious choice to reject the toxic negativity I see and hear surrounding the topic of perimenopause. To clarify, I’m choosing to view this phase in my life as a natural transition and a sacred invitation. An invitation to show up for myself - like a parent does for their child. To show up in a way that’s conscious and supportive. (NOT judgy and shaming) Feeling called to join me? I’m choosing to recognize that big changes are, indeed, taking place… Reminiscent of the pre-teen and teen years… Anxiety, irritability, pimples, headaches, inflammation, forgetfulness, shifts in sleep patterns, feeling extra tired, body appearance changes, etc. A recalibration of hormones is, indeed, taking place. And I’m choosing to have faith in my body’s process. And if we REALLY pay attention and listen, we gain insight into ways to offer ourselves support… It’s an opportunity to reparent ourselves, by offering compassionate, responsive care. Examples: -Resting when we feel tired, as opposed to ‘pushing through.’ -Noticing and validating uncomfortable feelings that manifest. -Replacing body-shaming tendencies with love and appreciation. Want to join me in cultivating a new, kinder and more functional relationship with yourself? And regardless, of what life stage you’re currently experiencing, I’m here to help.
