Intensive 12-week Parenting Class available for couples/small groups.
A special opportunity for parents/caretakers of children at any stage and expectant parents to build a solid foundation (wherever they are on their parenting journey) and dive deep into the world of self-understanding and the needs of children at various stages.
Topics include: the nervous system, brain development, boundary-setting, healthy communication, emotional intelligence, anger/ healthy aggression, playful parenting, and reparenting. What you learn in this class will benefit you in ALL of your relationships, not just with your child(ren) which makes this particular parenting class really stand out from others.
