When We Feel Better, We Do Better
Janet Namdari • October 3, 2024

Just by looking at her, and without her speaking a word, one can SEE and FEEL her transformation.

It seriously looks like a huge weight has been lifted off her shoulders.

One may also pick up on a more peaceful, calm aura, like I do.

I listened intently as she was reflecting on the impact of her personal transformation and the results she’s achieved.

As she shared, my heart filled with so much happiness and gratitude.

What a true blessing it is for me to witness clients like her literally change how they feel and show up in life for themselves and their children.

They are ACTUALLY changing patterns and breaking cycles.

It may sound too good to be true, but it's not.

At one point during our conversation, I mentioned that it’s not always easy to convey to others just how impactful and life-changing the program and coaching sessions are.

Her response: “When we feel better, we do better.”

Sounds so simple, right?

When you work with me, we spend time focusing on YOU and YOUR well-being.

And then you become more open and available to learning the specifics of HOW to be a better parent.

And you find yourself in a position to show up differently for your child(ren)...

So that you can ACTUALLY be the kind of parent you’ve wanted to be, but have struggled to be...

And you can ACTUALLY get the results you've desired.

All of this is available and waiting for YOU.

Life is short…Why wait to make it better for you and your children? Book your 30 minute complimentary consultation call using the button at the bottom of this page today and we can determine if I'd be a good fit for your needs.

Do it for YOURSELF, for your children, for your partner, your extended family, and for the world!

A personal example of knowing that I'm on the right track

Have you been feeling the pull to do less and slow down? And yet you still find yourself 'pushing through'? You're not alone. It seems this is a widespread phenomena amongst those with various backgrounds and roles. Our minds are continuously telling us to keep going with the doing and seeking... Even when we feel exhausted and can barely put one foot in front of the other. We reach for our phones to keep the busy going when there are 'breaks.' It's as if we are constantly avoiding something... It's almost like we're afraid to be still and just BE. We may, logically, know the value of honoring what our body/mind needs, yet we keep choosing the opposite, as if we aren't in control. And in this society that we live in, pausing and slowing down can seem unavailable - even impossible - and certainly undervalued. Enter intention and discipline. You see, If we want to experience more well-being and quality in our lives and in our relationships, we must be disciplined about self-care. We must be clear about our intentions to honor ourselves and our needs. This means getting specific . It means creating and sticking to a plan. And setting boundaries to protect the plan. I realize this may sound daunting and maybe even impossible... And this is where I come into the picture... I help people like you slow down by providing a container where intention is born and needs are uncovered so that a plan can be created to assist with honoring yourself and where you're at in your life. And you then you begin to experience the freedom to be the living, breathing, tuned-in and tapped-in being you were intended to be. Ready to get the support you need to honor yourself? Silhouette of a person by a lakeside at sunset, framed by trees and glowing orange sky

I’ve made the conscious choice to reject the toxic negativity I see and hear surrounding the topic of perimenopause. To clarify, I’m choosing to view this phase in my life as a natural transition and a sacred invitation. An invitation to show up for myself - like a parent does for their child. To show up in a way that’s conscious and supportive. (NOT judgy and shaming) Feeling called to join me? I’m choosing to recognize that big changes are, indeed, taking place… Reminiscent of the pre-teen and teen years… Anxiety, irritability, pimples, headaches, inflammation, forgetfulness, shifts in sleep patterns, feeling extra tired, body appearance changes, etc. A recalibration of hormones is, indeed, taking place. And I’m choosing to have faith in my body’s process. And if we REALLY pay attention and listen, we gain insight into ways to offer ourselves support… It’s an opportunity to reparent ourselves, by offering compassionate, responsive care. Examples: -Resting when we feel tired, as opposed to ‘pushing through.’ -Noticing and validating uncomfortable feelings that manifest. -Replacing body-shaming tendencies with love and appreciation. Want to join me in cultivating a new, kinder and more functional relationship with yourself? And regardless, of what life stage you’re currently experiencing, I’m here to help.
